At Holy City EV, we are committed to providing high-quality electric mobility products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund, return, and cancellation terms before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Within 24 Hours:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To request a cancellation, email Sales@HolyCityEV.com with your order number.
After 24 Hours:
Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 5% restocking and processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Shipped or Picked-Up Orders:
Once an order has shipped or been picked up from our showroom at:

the purchase is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns
Electric Motorbikes, E-Bikes, Scooters & Vehicles:
Holy City EV does not accept returns on any electric vehicles after pickup, delivery, or shipment due to safety, electrical, and warranty considerations.
If your product arrives with major shipping damage, take photos before opening the box and contact us immediately at Sales@HolyCityEV.com.
Batteries:
All battery sales are final and non-returnable unless approved under manufacturer warranty. All warranty determinations must follow OEM policies and testing procedures.
Accessories, Parts & Apparel:
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase and must include the original receipt.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Gift Cards:
Gift card purchases are final and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by South Carolina law.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment only.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your financial institution to process the credit once issued.
Shipping fees, delivery fees, installation labor, diagnostics, and service charges are non-refundable.
Warranty & Service
All warranty claims must be pre-approved and processed according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, accident damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
